I should do a bit of a border on it. but

That is very beautiful. I cant wait to see the second one for your father.
Thank you for your kind comments. I gave this blanket to a lady who had been diagnosed with some form of lymphoma, sadly her time was not long lived after. But you know what, its nice to know that my blanket kept her warm and made those last days better.
That is a lot of work for a charitable piece! I commend you :)
